Unused/unworn
In original packaging with tags intact
Free of damage/alterations
Proof: Include original invoice copy

- Approval: We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship Back: Use recommended courier (we'll share details)
- Inspection: 1-2 days after we receive the item

Original Payment Method: 5-7 business days after approval
Store Credit: Get 10% extra on the refund amount (optional)

Refunds: 5-7 working days after approval
Exchange: 7-10 working days (includes return + reshipping)
