At Jewels Land, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility


  • Timeframe: 7 days from delivery date
    • Condition: Items must be:

      • Unused/unworn

      • In original packaging with tags intact

      • Free of damage/alterations

    • Proof: Include original invoice copy

  2. Approval: We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions

  3. Ship Back: Use recommended courier (we'll share details)

  4. Inspection: 1-2 days after we receive the item

Refund Options

Original Payment Method: 5-7 business days after approval

  • Store Credit: Get 10% extra on the refund amount (optional)

Processing Time:

  • Refunds: 5-7 working days after approval

  • Exchange: 7-10 working days (includes return + reshipping)

Exchange Policy

  • Available for defective/wrong items

  • Subject to stock availability

  • Free shipping on exchanges (our error only)

Special Cases

  • Defective/Damaged Items:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Include photos/videos as proof

    • We'll arrange free return pickup

    Wrong Item Received:

    • Report immediately

    • We'll cover return shipping

Important Notes

  • Return shipping charges are customer's responsibility (unless our error)
